Introduction: Post-traumatic growth (PTG) refers to positive psychological change experienced as a result of struggling with highly challenging life circumstances. In pediatric palliative care, fostering PTG can significantly improve the quality of life for both young patients and their families. Nursing interventions play a crucial role in this process, providing support, education, and therapeutic strategies. This literature review explores the current research on nursing interventions aimed at improving PTG within pediatric palliative care. Method: In this review study articles published from 2018 to 2024, targeting relevant studies on Nursing Interventions for improving Post-Traumatic Growth within Pediatric Palliative Care, were retrieved from repositories such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and Springer Link using Boolean search strings like post-traumatic growth, pediatric, palliative care, nursing support, nursing intervention. Results: A total of 119 articles were initially identified. Subsequent screening removed duplicates and irrelevant articles according to the title. The final selection comprised 23 relevant articles. Conclusion: Findings indicate that nursing interventions play a vital role in fostering PTG within pediatric palliative care. By providing psychosocial support, educational interventions, therapeutic activities, spiritual care, and resilience-building strategies, nurses can help children and their families experience positive growth amidst the challenges of serious illness. Interventions must be tailored to fit the cultural and individual needs of families. Understanding cultural backgrounds and values is essential for effective nursing care. Also adequate training for nurses in PTG-fostering interventions and ensuring access to necessary resources are critical for successful implementation. Continued research and training are essential to optimize these interventions and ensure they meet the diverse needs of patients and families. Key word: post-traumatic growth, pediatric palliative care, nursing interventions
