Thic resprostective correlational study investigated to determine the frequency of loss to-follow-up of neonatal hearing screening and its related factors in Iran. After extracting all the information, standard statistical analysis methods were used to estimate the frequency and ratio of classification variables. Analysis was performed to determine the statistical significance between the variables using chi-square tests with α = 0.05. Logistic regression models and SPSS software version 16 were used to evaluate the effect of infant and mother characteristics and other related factors. Out of 13,710 neonates born between March 2018 and February 2021, (2.26%) were not pass the first hearing screening. Sixty infants (20%) loss to follow up. Among the 36 primary variables included in this study, 10 of them had a significant relationship to affect the follow-up status. (P 0.05) This study revealed, it is necessary to implement an active follow-up along with the screening program
